Frankly, I thought that the concept of Solar Bonds -- short to medium term issued by government entities at  moderate interest rates that would pay for themselves through energy savings -- was my unique contribution.

        Same for Solar Loans to individuals or businesses. Little did I know that I was way behind the curve of actual  practice.
